Ready to fall in love? Meet Alfalfa! This cutie was at the animal shelter for far too long without any adoption interest so they reached out for rescue help. We are so glad they did because we had gotten false information that he had been adopted so we jammed over there and picked him up. He is such a sweetie! He is friendly towards everyone he meets, dog introductions have gone well so far and he lives happily with a female Dobie. He had some scars and old wounds when he first arrived so we aren’t sure what happened to the poor guy but we hope to give him a much happier future. The shelter gave him the age of 5 but we think he’s more like 3 or 4. Fawns and blues often get labeled older than they are at shelters. Now for the name...we named Alfalfa after the Little Rascals character because his tails resembles the hairstyle. His tail basically has a ponytail! Not sure how that happened but it’s pretty cute. Alfalfa is now neutered so he is ready to begin the search for a new home. Anybody interested?
