This is Babygirl and she has been with us for a few months but for a very specific reason. We took in Babygirl from a shelter because after being surrendered by her owner there, she was very shut down. We wanted to help this 4-year-old sweetheart learn to trust again and it was definitely a surprise when she showed up super pregnant! She had her puppies via c-section a couple weeks later and all of them have now been adopted. Now it is Babygirl’s turn to find the perfect forever home! She’s about 12-15 pounds, super smart and very affectionate but it takes time for her to warm up to new people. She loves her walks but she is calm and pretty well behaved in the house. Babygirl is good with other dogs but she can get grumpy if they try and eat her food (who doesn’t huh?). We aren’t recommending her for a home with small kids but older kids could be ok if they are patient.
