Buddy II came to us from an animal shelter in mid-May, 2021 because he had been turned in by his owners for biting a stranger. The circumstances aren't known, but it's believed that he's a fairly dominant dog that needs a more dominant owner so that he won't need to make decisions on his own. He's 2 years old, and he's a big, solid dog weighing at least 80 pounds. According to his ex-owners, Buddy II loves kids and is very gentle. They also described him as friendly, playful, affectionate, and housebroken. He was liked very much by the folks at his animal shelter, where he spent a couple of months being worked with to enable him to transition successfully to a new home. His next owner should continue his training so that he'll be more social and predictable with people he hasn't met before.
