Demi is a younger female who has taken some time to come out of her shell so we haven't been able to write a bio until now.  She came to us so afraid of people that it was hard just to get her on a leash.  She bonded well to other dogs and loves her male kennel-mate, Dodge, but people remained a struggle for her to trust.  We have recently seen some improvement in sweet Demi as she learns to trust and gains some confidence.  She will need someone with patience, that can give her space and comfort in a way that isn't too forceful.  We can see how curious she has become with people and given enough time, we do think she will enjoy the company of someone she trusts.  We also believe a confident, male dog would really help her as well.
