Dodge is a new rescue dog who isn't "quite" a Dobie...he probably has a bit of hound in him, as he's tall and lanky. He was named because we were asked to rescue him due to injuries he suffered being hit by a car (Dodge...car...you get it).  It turns out that despite a tiny bit of road rash, he was perfectly fine.  He can live with a large female dog who can tolerate his behavior, and he is well behaved around other dogs on leash but at times he needs to be put in his place and dog parks aren't a great place for him. Dodge is about a year old and it should be assumed that he doesn't have much training. He's handsome and fun though, so he'll be a pleasant challenge for someone able to put in the work. We recently tested Dodge with a cat and he did surprisingly well.  Additional training should be expected and we wouldn't recommend leaving him alone with small animals but he showed no aggression.
