Fig's owners were very, very sad to give him up. He's 3 years old and quite large at over 80 pounds. The family lives in an apartment and already has a young child with another on the way, and they felt Fig's needs were not being met. He's been a house pet, but unfortunately he's not believed to be good with other dogs. We will learn more about Fig's dog-sociability in the coming weeks, because it is often the nature of our breed to present aggressively when meeting other dogs on leash, but the same dogs can be quite tolerant of some other dogs if sharing the same territory without barriers. A positive attribute of Fig's is that he's good with kids.
