Hal is a handsome Dobie boy who will be 4 years old this fall. He has natural ears and a natural tail but he is a strong and stunning boy. Hal is smart, active and driven so he would be ideal for someone who loves training and lots of exercise. Hikers, runners and lovers of the great outdoors...this is your guy! He does have some training so he has a great head start. We do recommend that he not be allowed on the furniture and to sleep in his own bed because he can be very strong willed. Boundaries will keep him well behaved. Hal can live with a large female dog who is the right energy match for him and he will enjoy playing. He is generally social with other dogs but he will react to a direct challenge so we feel dog parks and socializing with unknown dogs should be avoided. Hal is happy, impressive and a great dog for the right home.
