Indigo is a beautiful, blue female who came into an animal shelter as a stray. She is about 2-3 years old and she's a shy girl who doesn't have a lot of confidence so she needs a little help in that area. We have taken things slow and gentle with her which has proven to work out well. When she feels comfortable and safe Indigo is actually quite affectionate and very sweet. She did not know how to walk on leash at first but that is improving and will improve even more when she has trust in her handler. Indigo is insecure with other dogs and she got defensive when introduced to really outgoing and pushy dogs. She is currently living with two other dogs (male and female) that are also reserved and they are getting along really well. A little work in a patient home will allow this beauty to truly thrive and learn what a loving home is all about.
