Joan came to us as a mother and is now spayed and ready to find a home of her own. She is an adult that is probably about 4-5 years old. Joan is confident, affectionate and she's an active girl who would love to enjoy life with an active person, couple or family. She loves people and has always been a doll to be around but she did snarl at an adopter that had her briefly. The altercation apparently happened when she was awaken from a dream. Joan does have a high prey drive though so she cannot safely be around small dogs, cats or other small animals. She has lived peacefully with larger male dogs so we do believe she could share a home with a large male dog but she isn't a good candidate for really social spaces like dog parks.
