Meet Julianna!! This cutie was running out of time at the animal shelter and needed a second chance. We were told that she was a senior with calluses and dental wear. Well, she does have some calluses and her teeth aren’t perfect but we don’t think she’s a senior at all! She’s a vibrant, energetic, athletic and incredibly happy girl. We are thinking maybe she’s closer to 4 or 5. Julianna is ready to join you on walks, hikes and maybe even runs. She has been very social with people and other dogs as well so a social lifestyle would be great for her. We don’t know how much training she has had but she’s eager to please and we would love to see her get a loving home that can really care for her. We do recommend she be watched a bit around smaller dogs since she sometimes gets a little too animated and we still aren’t sure if there might be a touch of prey drive. Although Julianna wasn't much of a barker in her temporary foster home, she has been quite vocal since arriving at the rescue.  She may have some separation issues resulting in barking though we aren't sure if that behavior will occur when back in a home environment once again.  She may do best in a home where people around most of the time or one where she can join her family when they go out for the day.
