Kane is a newly-surrendered (July 25, 2020) beautiful fawn male Dobie who has a bite history at the tender young age of 1 year. The person bitten was a stranger who came too close to Kane's female owner, and Kane probably felt the need to protect her and/or himself. He is also quite territorial inside his kennel, so he'll make a great watchdog for someone desiring a watchdog who doesn't live in the heart of the city or a residential area where strangers mill about constantly. We were told that Kane is good with other dogs and kids, is housebroken, and knows some commands. We think in the right situation and with more training he'll make a good pet for an experienced owner.
