Khaleesi is a beautiful female Dobie who is about 3 1/2 years old (as of spring 2019). Her owner had to give her up after owning her for 2 years because she suddenly began jumping an 8' fence. We assume that either her needs weren't being met due to new job requirements/commitments, or else something was so tantalizing outside her yard that she felt the need to leave regularly. We are recommending Khaleesi for an experienced Doberman home because she has an alpha personality, though she does get along with other dogs and cats. Ideally she should live in a home where someone is almost always home, and it should be an adult home, since she is not fond of kids. If left indoors to avoid her fence-jumping, she's destructive and vocal. She is housebroken and knows various obedience commands, but she's overprotective and is used to wearing a muzzle when out in public due to this behavior. Khaleesi will be a worthy dog in the right home environment.
