Max is an approximately 4-year-old boy who came to us recently from a home. He was an outdoor dog along with a male and female Doberman but the two males were fighting. The owner felt she could no longer care for three big dogs so all of them were surrendered. We partnered Max with Lilly (the female he came in with) but we had to separate them because we noticed he was being mean to her. At this time, he is kenneled alone and he may need to be the only dog in the home. Max is a big boy at just under 100 pounds but he isn't very difficult to handle. He is good with people and may know some commands in english and spanish. He will need someone willing to teach him some house manners because he was an outdoor dog but he is worth the extra effort.
