Paisley is a 4-year-old Dobie girl recently taken in from the animal shelter (December, 2019), where she had been impounded in fairly unhealthy condition. The shelter brought her back to health physically, but given her discomfort with certain handling by unknown people and her reactivity to other dogs, they preferred that she be placed by our breed-specific rescue group. We have had no difficulty with Paisley and though she is reactive with other dogs behind a fence, she is living peacefully with a male Doberman. She's an active girl, average size for a female weighing in the low 60's.
