Prince was a bit of a surprise since we were expecting him to be a Doberman puppy from the animal shelter. It turned out he was a young adult at only 1-2 years old. He was just small, likely mixed with a smaller breed making him only 42 pounds. He is a bit shy but he is coming out of his shell and enjoys attentions more and more. Prince is much more comfortable with another dog (or two) around so we are recommending him for a home that already has dogs. He does like to play but he isn't pushy about it. He now walks on leash and is easy to handle, though loud noises and lots of traffic might make him jumpy. He has been non-reactive towards cat so we think there's a good chance he could share his home with one. Prince will need a little time to acclimate to a new home but with some gentle patience, we think he will be a devoted, sweet companion.
