We had an absolutely beautiful acrylic paining donated so we could raise some general fund money for the rescue. We have a lot of general costs at the rescue that keep us operational and allow us care for the dogs on a daily basis. This gorgeous painting was done by Tresa of Mission Love Art in Hampton, Virginia (find her on facebook). It's an acrylic on 14x18 canvas board and she used one of our available beauties, Simon, as inspiration. It would be a beautiful addition to any dobie lover's home and every dollar is going to the doggies! Here's how the raffle will work:
-We'll be taking donations until Saturday, October 18th so you have plenty of time to get as many raffle tickets as you want
-Raffle tickets are $2 each but we do have some deals so you can get 3 tickets for $5, 8 tickets for $10, or (the best deal) 20 tickets for $20.
-There are so many ways to donate that even those of you out of the area can easily participate!
--We've changed all of the paypal buttons on our website (http://www.dobiesandlittlepawsrescue.org/Paypal.html) so you can add a note before you check out. Please write: "Raffle", your name, and your phone number so we can get in touch with you if you win. If you don't see the option or miss it then you can send us a message here and let us know how much you donated, your name, and your phone number. We can match them up and make sure you are put into the raffle.
--You can send us a check in the mail along with your name and phone number. Just make sure we know it's for the raffle and make sure we'll receive it before the 18th.

--Last, but not least, you can come visit us on any of the next few Saturdays and donate in person! We'd be happy to see you and you can even walk a few dogs if you're in the mood. =)
