Sheba is a young adult, all natural Dobie girl who was recently returned to us.  Sheba was loved and adored in her home but one day she got into a terrible fight with the older female dog.  Our read of Sheba is that she is insecure and that leads her to be reactionary at times.  She needs a savvy, adult home and if she lives with another dog, it should be a larger male that will be her companion but also allows her space if she needs it.  She is affectionate and devoted to those she knows and Sheba isn't a bad dog but we want to see her in the right home where she can thrive.  This is from her previous owner:
"Sheba has all her shots, and has a brown/tan coat. When she first comes to a new home, she is timid, but is endearing once she gets comfortable. She is a good indoor and outdoor dog. It is recommended she be a sole-pet in a
household of adults.

Sheba has been professionally trained for a few months, and would thrive with continual training. She understands the commands of: sit, stay, here, lay down and grass (to make pee on the grass). To stop her from barking, say “touch”, and put out your hand. She will walk over to your hand and lick it.

She may be afraid at first when you bring her home, so be patient with her if she has a pee accident. She obeys very very well if you use a happy or upbeat voice. A stern or yelling voice may make her hesitant and afraid. When you take her for a walk, use a loose leash rather than a taunt one."
