Simona is an all-natural, adult female who is looking for an active home. She is a born athlete so if you're looking for a dog to join you on long hikes, runs, bike rides or any other fun activity then Simona could be your girl. She loves people, is very sweet, and affectionate but she is also quite submissive. Simona has proven that if she's motivated to do so, she can get over a 6 ft fence. She needs a solid, not climbable fence that is preferably over 6 ft tall if she is ever to be left outside unattended. We don't think it is a desire to leave, it is more of a desire to find her people and not be alone. We have had mixed experienced with Simona and other dogs. We haven't successfully been able to kennel her with another dog at the rescue because she can be argumentative. However, she has been able to socialize with other large dogs of both genders in a large play yard. If given the opportunity, she will do her own thing and just use the time to run around and enjoy herself. Given all that information, we are just unsure how she will do in a home with another dog. Simona is a great, happy dog who deserves a home that can keep up with her and enjoy all that life has to offer.
