Stoltz (named after the famous redhead) came to us from an animal shelter where he was brought in as a stray. He's a young guy, somewhere around 2 years old, and will be on the larger side once he is full weight. This handsome boy is very sweet and affectionate but he needs some training because has a bad habit of jumping up when excited. He's taking to guidance really well but further work will be required by his owner so he can learn proper manners. Stoltz is also pretty dog social but he is insecure and that can make him a target. Dog parks aren't a great spot for him but he should live peacefully with a large, friendly female. He will need a solid, 6 ft or higher fence to safely keep him in the yard. A little work could go a long way with this guy and we hope he finds his second chance soon.
