Uzi is a new intake on October 12, 2020 from his owner (a medical student with no time to spend with him). He's 14 months old (DOB 8-10-19) and still very much an insecure puppy. Uzi was reactive to other dogs on leash, but we'll know more shortly about whether this is territorial behavior, fear, or just lack of training. In general he seems to be somewhat anxious, but he has had some previous training, so with a confident, calm owner he should make steady progress. He is said to know basic obedience commands, and he's housebroken and non-destructive. A calm environment is also necessary for Uzi because when he's stressed, he barks.
