Bubbles arrived at the rescue ranch over three months ago. We had been approached by her animal shelter because they were unable to keep her long enough for her to recover from her viral infection: a very contagious one called papilloma virus. This is the virus that causes warts, and Bubbles had many pea-sized warts all over her face and body. Fortunately this virus has a life expectancy and now, at 6 months old, she is healthy and ready for her forever home. She lives compatibly with several other dogs and behaves like one of the group, so she would probably enjoy a playful companion. Bubbles missed out on three months' worth of puppy behavioral training, so it will be important to teach her the things she needs to know while she is still a puppy.
