Coquette is a sweet girl who came to us from an animal shelter. She's approximately 4 years old as of 2022, active, and very affectionate. She has one blind eye that is smaller than usual so it may have been a birth defect or suffered some kind of trauma. After checking out her teeth we noticed a giant hole in her gums where one of her canine teeth used to be. Again, trauma was most likely to blame for it because there were still some fragments of tooth. The hole went up thru her sinuses so our vet stitched up the hole and she was eating soft food while it healed Coquette hasn't slowed down at all despite her little quirks and she is ready for a life full of fun. She is good with large, male dogs but she can also be bossy so we recommend her for a home with a larger male dog and an experienced owner that can help cultivate a healthy relationship.
