Gordy is still a relatively new dog with us and since we have no history on him, we are getting to know him over time. He was a stray at a rural animal shelter where he didn't have opportunities for adoption.  He was very shy upon first meeting but he is coming out of his shell more each day.  He does currently share a kennel with a large female dog but he can also be frustrated with her so we think he can share a home with a female dog as long as he has an experienced owner.  He can also jump a 6 ft fence so he will need a more secure fence or a secure place to be kept when not in the home with his owner.  Gordy can be loving, gentle and he's adorable when he crosses his legs like a gentleman so we are looking forward to him getting a second chance at a loving home.
