Solo is a darling youngster we picked up from an animal shelter after he arrived there as a stray. He's about 18 months old with some long legs and a happy, all natural tail. Solo is very loving, affectionate, playful and is social with other dogs as long as they are okay with the energy of a younger dog. He was recently returned to us after a few months in a home. He played really well with the puppy in the home but the senior female dog didn't appreciate his energy level. He also had problems being destructive and if he got out the front door then he would run without coming back. He needed more exercise, attention and training than his main caretaker could provide. Solo needs a strong, active owner and he would especially benefit having another playful dog to keep him company.

A fenced front yard or gated entryway would add an extra layer of safety so Solo can't get out and into trouble.
