This is a courtesy post for Lucy, located in Monterey Park, CA.  You can contact her current owner at jfonseca7298@gmail.com with any questions or rehoming information.

Lucy is a diamond in the rough! Lucy is 55 lb German Shepard mix was found in February roaming the streets. We do not believe she was on the streets very long as she was not severely emaciated. Since day one, Lucy’s could not contain her lovable personality. Lucy has been fostered in a home with 2 large dogs. It did taker her some time to adapt to the family cat, but after a few weeks, they were friends.
It is believed Lucy is approximately 1.5 years old. She is current on her vaccines and is spayed. Lucy wants to be loved and would be a great companion for someone that is looking for a buddy. She loves to play fetch and will bring it back and lovers car rides. She loves toys and loves water and being outdoors. She has shown no signs of aggression even when meeting other dogs, she just wants to play.
Lucy is a high energy dog that requires a yard to run around. She is currently primarily an outside dog. She has completed 4-weeks of board and train basic training and socialization. Lucy was trained with both a prong and e collar and responds well to both. Lucy would be best suited in an experienced dog owner’s home with an active life style with no small children. Lucy is crate trained.
