Moose is a darling 1-year-old youngster who came to us from a rural animal shelter.  He's super dog social, affectionate, and great with everyone he meets.  One little thing that makes Moose different...his front leg.  It is believed to be a birth defect or trauma he suffered much younger.  Either way, he functions normally and moves as if nothing bothers him.  Arthritis is likely in that leg as he ages but we cannot fix it and all we could do is amputate the leg but we feel it would put unnecessary pressure on the rest of his legs. Should it ever bother him in the future, amputation is always an option for him.  Moose is a major cuddler and will be best in a loving, inclusive home that will give him lots of affection.  We just love this sweet boy and we know he will make an incredible addition to a home that can look past his imperfection.
