Paddy was relinquished by his owner because of dominant behavior toward his male puppy and for not having his needs met appropriately. He behaved poorly indoors due to lack of supervision, getting into trash and "counter-surfing," which is typical of young, understimulated large dogs. On the positive side, he is housebroken, knows obedience commands, and is dog-social with most adult dogs of both sexes. Dogs that exhibit bratty behavior typically need a confident, "alpha" owner that they respect and will behave appropriately for when they understand their established boundaries. Paddy is 3 years old and he's lean at about 70 pounds.
