Rose is a sweet 6-year-old Dobie girl who was adopted from an upstate shelter and returned there for nipping an electrician in the back of the leg when he entered the adopter's home to do repairs. The shelter characterized her behavior as "stranger danger," meaning she'll be protective of her home and her owners unless she knows the visitors. Rose is quite a pretty girl, very friendly and even dog-social. We really like her and hope she can thrive in a new home with adequate attention paid to her protective nature.
