Wylie arrived at our rescue on November 5, 2022, having been a stray dog that followed someone home and was then not claimed by his owner from the animal shelter. Normally a dog like Wylie would have been quite adoptable at his shelter, but like all shelters currently, they were desperate for space, as more animals come in every day than there is room for. We have found Wylie to be playful with other dogs, very active, and strong on leash. Ideally his new owner should be an active person who hikes, jogs, or has other ways to help him release his abundant energy. He's about 21 months old and was lean on intake at his shelter, weighing 58 pounds.
